OAR Announces Contribution to Deos RTOS Conformance to FACE™ Technical Standard, Edition 3.0 Safety Base and Security Profiles

Huntsville, AL. October 21, 2020. OAR Corporation announces that partner DDC-I received the Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) Conformance Certificate for their Deos DO-178C certifiable real-time operating system (RTOS), with OAR’s para-virtualized implementation of the Real Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems (RTEMS). The certification covers the FACE™ Technical Standard, Edition 3.0 Safety Base and Security Profiles for the Operating System Segment (OSS) on the PowerPC.

OAR’s Joel Sherrill on embedded.fm Episode 335

Flight Software Workshop Presentations

Presentations from the 2014 Workshop on Spacecraft Flight Software are now available HERE including a couple of RTEMS presentations. The workshop was held in December, 2014 at the Beckman Institute at the California Insitute of Technology.

RTEMS at Embedded World 2014

Our friends at embedded brains GmbH will have a booth at the Embedded World 2014 Exhibition and Conference in Nuremberg, Germany. The conference is open from February 25 'til February 27. See the Embedded World site for further details.

The embedded brains booth will be in Hall 5, Stand 261. One of their major topics will be RTEMS and customer applications using it.

NASA GFSC selects OAR for RTEMS Engineering and Analysis again!!!

OAR announces NASA GSFC has selected On-Line Applications Research Corporation as their sole source supplier for support and additional software components for the Real Time Operating (RTEMS) application analysis. OAR has supported NASA GSFC for many years engineering RTEMS and its development environment to meet the specific needs of NASA GSFC satellite initiatives.
